Crafters Hub is a wholesale supplier only. Please note that we only sell to retailers who actively re-sell ordered products.
To establish an account, simply complete the online Business registration and forward a copy of your ABN registration and Business Name / Company registration certificates to us. You can complete this registration process by selecting the ‘Business Registration’ tab above. Once submitted we will contact you to advise when your account is activated. This normally occurs within 24 hours.
We have established quantity and order minimums in order to provide the most efficient and cost effective service to wholesale customers. Quantity minimums are listed in the information available to wholesale account holders. Minimum order is $250 excluding GST. Orders approved under $250 may incur a packaging and processing fee.
Orders are pro forma only. Payment can be made by direct deposit, cheque or credit card (bankcard, mastercard or visa).
Freight is charged at discount rates and shipped by Australia Post. If you would like to use an alternative carrier please contact us.
Pricing.
All wholesale prices are excluding GST. GST charges will be calculated at checkout and added to your order.
Recommended Retail Prices are just that. It is up to the individual retailer to set their own retail price point.
Ordering
This website offers the opportunity to browse our catalog and order securely on-line. Items added to your shopping cart will remain there until you purchase or remove them. This provides the ability to complete your product selection over several visits to this site.
Should you prefer, registered customers may also order by phone or fax.
On placement of an order you will receive an automated email confirming your order details and purchase arrangements. If we maintain your credit card information your order will be sent with the next parcel collection. If we do not maintain these details, the order confirmation will provide you with bank account details for Direct Deposit, or acknowledge your preference to pay by Cheque. Once payment confirmation has been received, your order will be dispatched with the next parcel delivery.
We endeavour to pack and dispatch orders within seven working days from receipt of order. Please allow standard delivery times to calculate the expected arrival date. Please contact us to make alternative arrangements for urgent deliveries.
Returns
Delivery discrepancies or receipt of damaged product must be notified to Crafters Hub within seven days of dispatch in order for rectification to be considered. Goods ordered in error may be returned on approval at your cost for crediting back to your account. Returned goods must be received in a saleable condition in order to be credited.
